We started prologicnetwork in 2019 because we noticed something odd. Most finance courses taught theory that looked great on paper but fell apart when you actually tried using it with Australian market data. After spending years in Sydney's financial sector, we decided to build something different.

Market Reality Over Theory
Academic models are fascinating, but we focus on methods that held up during the 2020 volatility and the 2023 banking concerns. If it didn't work in real Australian conditions, we don't teach it.
Practical Application First
Every technique we cover includes actual case studies from ASX-listed companies. You'll work with real financial statements, not simplified textbook examples that skip the messy bits.
Honest Learning Timelines
Financial analysis takes time to develop properly. Our programs run 8-11 months because that's how long it actually takes to build competence, not because we padded the schedule.
Built by People Who've Been There
Marlow Thibeault leads our curriculum design. She spent 12 years analyzing mining and energy companies for institutional investors before moving into education. The way she explains ratio analysis comes from presenting to fund managers who'd grill her on every assumption.
Our teaching team includes former analysts from major Australian banks and boutique firms. They know what actually matters when you're trying to evaluate a company at 11pm before a client meeting.
We also work with professionals currently active in the field. Financial markets change, and our course content needs to reflect what's relevant in 2025, not what worked in 2018.
How We Structure Learning
Most people can't quit their jobs to study full-time. Our programs are designed around the reality that you're probably squeezing this in between work, family, and everything else that demands attention.
Flexible Weekly Structure
Core material releases Mondays. You have until Sunday to work through it. Most students spend 8-12 hours per week, split across evenings and weekends. There's no attendance requirement for live sessions since we record everything.
Real Company Analysis
Starting month three, you'll pick an ASX-listed company and build a comprehensive analysis throughout the program. Past students have covered everything from Wesfarmers to junior lithium explorers. The diversity actually helps everyone learn.
Instructor Feedback Cycles
Submit analysis work, get detailed feedback within 4 business days, revise based on comments. This mirrors how actual analyst work gets reviewed. You'll learn more from fixing your mistakes than from getting things right the first time.
